Service scope note: vmXcloud’s Hybrid Cloud service manages vmXcloud-hosted private cloud environments running on vmXcloud infrastructure. Ongoing management of customer on-premises infrastructure is out of scope. On-site involvement is limited to workload migration support, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
